Market audit research focusing on user experience when dealing with multipacks

INSIGHTS

+ Material not sturdy enough to hold and carry the products

+ Possibility of products falling off

+ Lack of ergonomic and functional handle

+ Insecure placement of products

Interview for user Experiences with current carton packages on the market

INSIGHTS

+ Some forms are too hard to hold

+ Materials are too soft which causes leakage when inserting a straw

+ Inefficient closures

+ Struggle in opening shrinkwrap multipack plastic

The objective of this test:

+ A preferred form of packages without being bias from the graphics.

+ Observe characteristics of the most efficient and preferred closure.

INSIGHTS

+ Closures should be  placed in the center for all direction pouring function

+ Use twisted cap for a more secure impression

+ Slimmer forms are easier to hold

+ Minimal and purposeful forms are preferred

+ Softer edges are nicer to hold and more pleasing to the eyes

+ Bigger openings are preferred
